122594523 - 1_fpillij0 - PID 1851201 Hi, I'm Ted Dixon with your morning report video summary for March the 10th, white cap resources has been making moves as the oil and gas bull market picks up steam, the stock has more than doubled since we last reported on it here on October 16th. The company has also been making moves on the deal front, closing to acquisition deals this year, which should allow it to produce about a 100 thousand barrels of oil equivalent per day in 2021. But those are not just any barrels, they are green barrels. Leave the company is the operator and majority owner of the Weyburn carbon capture and utilization unit in South Eastern Saskatchewan. The unit by CO2 from coal-based energy facilities in Saskatchewan and North Dakota. Next, Weyburn injects liquefied CO2 in the oil field deep underground to prove well performance and increase production. The best part of the process is that the injection stores 1.8 million tons of CO2 underground each year, which exceeds the company's total greenhouse gas emissions, making it net CO2 negative. That was before recent acquisitions. So we will have to see how it all adds up this year. And accompany believes that Weyburn is the largest carbon capture and utilization storage project in the world. The company's leadership in carbon capture and achieving net negative carbon emissions earns it an A plus in our ESG climate framework. Shareholders could also be seen green if the energy markets cooperate, free cashflow has been on the rise and the company expects to generate free funds flow of about $520 million this year. Recent insider buying is helping to give the stock mostly sunny in catch outlook, which should help a white cat grab the attention of both the traditional oil patch investors and ESG investors. Now this is not a recommendation to buy or sell securities and I'm not a licensed financial advisor, so please do your own due diligence.
